Welcome!
Hello! Let me tell you a little bit about myself. . . . My name is Nicole Lenard, and I am an ITC (Instructional Technology Coach) for Prince William County Schools in Virginia. As an ITC, I strive to provide on-site and on demand assistance to teachers to create different forms of learning and teaching with the help of technologies. I seek to improve student learning by showing teachers the best practices and applications of these new tools. I also model and provide teachers the support they need to successfully implement instructional technology initiatives and effectively use technology to engage students in the learning process. I enjoy collaborating with teachers in the creation and implementation of technology into their everyday routines. My goal each day is to enable teachers to successfully correlate technology with the curriculum and Standards of Learning to increase student motivation and achievement.

Thanks for visiting! |
Before becoming an ITC, I was a 3rd grade teacher for Richmond Public Schools. As a teacher, I continually worked to incorporate technology into everyday lessons and small group learning stations. I strongly believe that technology in the classroom increases student interest and involvement and provokes higher level thinking. I am truly passionate about educating our children to promote success, and I continue to help students confidently and independently use technology to explore the Standards of Learning.
